Jeff made the process very friendly and low pressured and informative. I was very comfortable dealing with Jeff and felt sure I was well informed and knew I was getting a good deal from a good guy. The manager, Gary Yegiazaryan, the sales manager, was also great to work with in agreeing the deal and Alton Ho in finance made the process of the paperwork clear and simple. Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to what I need. Both my TLX and MDX were taking cared by him in addition to just the regular maintenance. He is always on top of communicating me on status of my car and recommending the best way to keep the car running at top performance. Will return again to him on my next service.
