Hendrick Acura Mar 18, 2026 blackeye0728 I purchased our 7th Acura from Hendrick yesterday. I am so pleased with the car, but I am more pleased with the attention and care that was taken of me. Mark Mahshie took excellent care of me again, transferring a 2023 TLX from another Hendrick dealership for me. Mark has handled our last 4 purchases and he does an excellent job of providing the highest quality care and attention. He had the paperwork ready when I arrived, the car had been detailed and looked amazing and he walked me through the car’s operation, even syncing my phone for me. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him as well as Hendrick Acura. He introduced me to Cameron Sabido, Business Manager, to complete the financials and I was on my way home within 2 hours of arriving. I highly recommend Hendrick Acura for a new or previously owned Acura and I recommend Mark Mahshie for excellent service when you buy. Efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, very comfortable office area, wonderful choice of vehicles with opportunity for a test drive. At pick-up the car was perfectly ready and various features were demonstrated and confirmed.

Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

I didn’t purchase my Acura MDX there, but I always take it to Spitzer for service. They take great care of it.

Good customer service and ensuring your customers know you are being honest is very important to me. I do appreciate them helping all they could to make the deal happen. Service department has always been good for me as well. I don?t like being made to feel like I dont know what I?m talking about because I am female. They have never made me feel that way.
