I was seeking a car, saw one on-line. He showed it to me. I told him I was looking for a car with a bigger engine to drive cross country. He suggested a Lexus with low mileage. It looked great. I came back with the wife for a test drive. Loved the pick-up, acceleration of the car, and very smooth ride. I took it to my mechanic, who bought four cars from DFW Auto Mill - that's an excellent testimony. The mechanic approved of the car. Needless to say, I paid for the car then and there. I had the mechanic service the car to start out on a clean slate, new car battery, synthetic oil, new tires, fresh wiper blades. I've been to Arizona and back, no issues. Highly recommended. I buy a new car in cash every 10 years or so. My previous vehicle, Acura MDX was still in good shape and I had a very good experience with it. My inclination was to trade it in for a newer model of the same car. However, I researched similar vehicles and came across the Lincoln Aviator and decided to test drive to compare to the car I was trading in and hoping to buy. Besides the Aviator being a luxurious car with bells and whistles I didn't know I needed, the sales team was helpful, not pushy, and made an excellent offer up front - knowing that I was going to visit the other dealership immediately following. The other dealership low-balled the offer on the trade in (even though I let them know what Lincoln was offering) and wanted me to have to finance to meet Lincoln's offer. Needless to say, I immediately returned to McDavid and accepted their offer on a much better car. Winnie Belfer was fantastic in helping with finding my car, explaining all the features, and post-sales support. I had an excellent experience at this dealership and would highly recommend.
