His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. We viewed a 2021 Honda CRV on Crown Acura's website. When I contacted the dealership by phone I was fortunate to be connected with Richard Morris. We confirmed the vehicles availability and drove to the dealership. My wife and I will both say this was the easiest most relaxed car purchase we've ever experienced. Richard had the car out in front ready to be viewed. Being unfamiliar with the test drive location, we requested Richard join us. We found the vehicle to be "as advertised" or presented online. They offered the vehicle for a reasonable price and agreeable to us without haggling back and forth. We initiad the financial paperwork in Richard's office. We were greeted by Finance Manager Jay Rudio who walked us over to his office to sign paperwork. No pressure and no up selling! The vehicle was cleaned, detailed and ready for delivery. From the time we walked into the dealership, it only took about 2 hours.
