Good people. Very service oriented. The General Manager Matt Perry came out to personally thank me for my business. My client advisor Kedon Glidewell went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that all of my inquiries were answered immediately (even on his day off). He was polite, professional and very attentive. When he was busy, his neighbor Chris at the next desk made sure that I was taken care of in Kedon?s brief absence. Also the sales manager Josh Alford was extremely helpful as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with my interactions at Crown Acura.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was nervous when I went to the dealership but Mr. Byrd cool experience ways calm me down quickly and let everything seem as 1.2.3.He shows and tells me everything about the car. service is fast, staff was friendly, and my service was through. I received a video of all the surfaces provided. I opted to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. They were done with it fairly quickly, and I honestly could?ve waited, but I didn?t expect it to be that fast. All in all great service.
