Carrie was my service attendant she is always excellent. My car was serviced in a timely manner and a video showed me just what the mechanic could see and what condition everything was in a great point! Even though my car was purchased through Bradshaw Acura I am always treated with excellent service! I feel cared for with attention given to my car needs! Carrie is a very big part of this service she goes above and beyond making sure the client is happy! My advice would be to keep her she is definitely an asset to this company! We had the pleasure of working with Rob Flauter when looking to buy a RDX. He is so friendly and personable. Our entire car buying experience was top notch. I had to bring back my car for some touch ups and he even offered to bring me home if I couldn't get a ride. What awesome customer service:) We also want to give Joey a shout out in finance. He was so nice and made the car buying experience easy. Lastly, Dmitry deserves to get a great review also. He is the used car manager and was so friendly, honest and easy to talk to.
