On 12/17/2025 I had an appointment with Mr. John Shaw for 7AM. I was on time. John came out, greeted me & started his service routine. By 7:30AM, John called me & let me know that my car was ready. I signed a few documents & John walked me out to my car. John Shaw is the best advisor that I have been dealing with for the past 2 years. Congrats Crown Acura !

A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. He is a great person to deal with. I am very happy with the acquisition and the treatment received by both and, in general, with all the staff and managers of this dealership. I highly recommend the aforementioned gentlemen and this dealership to those who like good treatment and a pleasant experience in the always stressful task of buying a car.

Lawrence was fantastic in providing the information we requested. He even sent a walk around video showing th features of the vehicle. Sadly we have found a vehicle closer to our home staw !

Service was immaculate from start to finish. My first point of contact, Jesse, provided extraordinary customer service and my saleslady Justyna might have been double that if not more. This dealer ensured I was comfortable with the vehicle as well as the price--trust me this car was worth it-- and responded accordingly to my concerns. Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

I worked with Joe Cabusao. He was FANTASTIC!!! He was friendly but professional. He made my experience at the dealership worth going in! All though I didn't buy a vehicle right now. Because of Joe I WILL be buying a RAM from Suncoast. And he will definitely be the salesperson I will be working with.

Had a great experience buying a new ADX with Mike Patton. Very communicative as we did a deal mostly via texts. Went over all incentives, pricing, warranty, how to set up the car, etc. Very happy with the experience.
