I like the car. I really appreciate the sale person Something make me not happy is behind a small bumper. It keep coming off. It has a manufacture problem or I don't know what happened every time it comes off. So I did visit to Infinity dealer to explain what's going on. So I don't know what they did but they fix it. It's look like I hope it stays. That's the concern I have. I really love the car. Q80 2025 Infiniti

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Was just coming to LOOK AT a used CRV and not buy. Valarie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable as she told us about the car and all its features. Then she took us on a test drive. That’s when the car sold itself. The price was about what I thought it should be with the low mileage and all the features. Trade in was what I thought it would be also. Financial guy was great too. Great experience.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. Annu responded immediately to my initial inquiry, went to bat for me early on pricing, secured the vehicle so that it was reserved for me, promptly addressed some paperwork preferences I had, arranged for the car to be shipped, again went to bat for me when I requested a late change in price, and assured that the car was taken care of in transport. I took my 2015 Honda pilot in yesterday for and oil change and tire rotation and to get two light fixed. Brad took care of everything. He was extremely helpful . The cost was extremely reasonable. One could not ask for better service .I have dealt with Planet Honda for a number of years and never ever had a bad experience from buying my Honda from Mary may she be resting in Peace to Ed who was very good, hope he is enjoying retirement. Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.

I just bought the car one day ago. So I can't really tell you about reliability over time. I will say this: this car is the beautifully styled, very classy. It provides comfort like no car that I owned before. It's almost like floating. I have get used to all the bells and whistles. There's a lot of them. I'm happy with my purchase.
