I nicknamed my RL "Flirtin with Disaster" after the Molly Hatchet song because of how powerfully fast it is! The thing is EFFORTLESS. I've owned Benz SEL's (300, 420 and 500) and owned two Lexus LS400's and one Infiniti Q45 and loved them all, but, this RL35 Premium is U N I Q U E. motor is NOT transverse mounted, but still is FWD! FWD is a plus on a wet, snowy or slushy road. Now t he RWD luxury cars I've had get through bad tracks because of their sheer weight and torque, but the RL35 Premium is feather-like, and its only drawback is lower fuel economy because Acura/Honda concentrated on pure performance.

Just hit 150,000 miles on this vehicle and it has been just regular maintenance. Needed a little aligning once in awhile which caused some excessive wheel wear on the inner toes of the tires, but other than that it has been a fantastic. Even for being 10 years old the technology is still solid, GPS the best I have ever used.

The 2011 Acura RL is easily one of the nicest sporty luxury cars made that year. The SH-AWD is amazing, the 3.7L engine loves to run, the interior is beautiful, the Bose sound wonderful. Hard to believe these did not sell better - AND if you can find one second-hand, jump on it. You'll be glad you did.

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

This was the only car that-ever broke down on Me during a Road-Test (alternator-therefore, battery failure). However, This was the car-that got Me to collect 'Guide De L'Auto' books, for-It was described-as some-kind of Underdog (flagship Model with a-mere V6?)...and I can identify with the Underdog. CAA had it towed to the garage-where It was sceduled to be inspected. Needed-besides what the problems -already were, plus a-little minor-This and That, and I added-to install a new fan-belt, please? And I scheduled a Tranny Oil Change, for when my Mechanic receives the proper Honda Oil. Nice and quiet, I can get-just under 8l/100km on the highway, but the Kickdown's always there-when I needed It. I can-only sense the car shifting gears, but- through the sound of the Engine. Smooth Bugger! Car corners! It may have been 'bashful-looking when new, but Today, RL looked more-and more distinguished, among others at our parking-lot, over Time. The negative aspect (and-This is only-by Personal Experience): -There's a high-pitched 'whine', from-around the windshield, when I reach 100 km/h. -It has a slow leak in the Electric System, but installed a battery 'Kill-Switch', for-when car's not in use. -The Lid to the storage compartment on the Center Console, tends to open-whenever It wants-to. I guess the Latch-on Mine has-all but worn-out... -Never-in my Life, have I-ever paid $700-for a new muffler, but-That was to be expected with a car-like This. -Now, I'm in search for a new Transmission 'Ball'-that broke-off in my hand, not-two days-ago, Lol...

this dealer has it figured out. I bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 from them. They let me take it to a local mechanic before purchase. They supplied me with the Carfax as well, actually offered it before i asked. When i called and asked about the truck the described it exactly as it was. No games. Super-Handling all wheel drive, real-time traffic, 290hp is good enough (keeps ins. co somewhat happy and the local/highway police too), navigation, adaptive headlights and just keep the ignition pod in your pocket...no more keys dangling, etc. I am still finding out features on this vehicle...I would know more if the dealer would have taken time to do its job and keep its promises...thanks Acura. At any rate, the 2007 Acura RL is a vehicle that pulls its weight, holds the highway and entertains those in the cabin. Top in all areas of safety.

Very enjoyable driving this car. Never get bored of it. Very fast and reliable after at about 150000 miles. Almost no oil consumption. Still no alarm on dashboard.My first one was totaled and bought the same car used with different color. I am in love with my Acura RL .

The car is loaded with options that I don't how work yet like everything voice activated. The only drawback is the gas mileage is in the middle to upper twenties but the research I did showed that the utterly reliable.

We recently purchased a 2003 Ford Thunderbird from Highline Motor Cars. Ali was our salesperson and he was very helpful. This car met every need of mine except for the obvious bad gas mileage at about 19 mpg on average. I added third party auto start and Bluetooth for music and calling and it literally is amazing

Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

Hello all, I purchased a 2001 Mercedes CLK 430 from Legend Auto Sales. I took a huge gamble, simply because, I live in Maryland and the vehicle was in California. The '97 Acura 3.5 RL had 154,000 miles when I bought it and 168,000 when I sold it. I only had to change a couple of fan belts that were old and dried/cracking, and some type of exhaust sensor ($150). I got around 24-27 mpg on highway, and it rode smooth as can be, just like a two year old car. Some knobs and pieces in the interior were falling off/cracked/faded, etc. but ALL functions worked. It was a 14 year old car! Great reliability and performance for that year car. Great Car!

My first ever Acura. I love all the characteristics this vehicle offer especially on curvy roads playing with the paddle shifter. One have to drive it to experience the rush with the potent V6 putting out 300 HP. One can only imagine what the 2019 RL has to offer. Buy one!!

I had no idea how stressful moving could be until I attempted it on my own. Thankfully, these movers saved the day. They arrived promptly, packed everything quickly, and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially with fragile items. Bought this car in 2014. Always kept up with maintenance. Only major thing I had to do was replace the alternator in 2017 (11 years old by then). Currently at 280k miles. Frequently driven on an avg of 5 hour road trips. If I came across another one, I would not hesitate to buy it. I had the 2008 TL type S also, but I love the RL More. This is a keeper! An i will drive it til the wheels fall off.

I bought an 05 RL used in 09 with 65K miles. I traded it in in 2016 with 271K miles on it. Other than normal wear and maintenance, I never had any issues. The only issue I had was the keyless door on both front doors went out. A $500 (each door) replacement as it shorted out a lot of other systems. That aside, no issues. Awesome gas mileage on the highway for an AWD car and brake wear was outstanding. It was starting to rust a bit by the windshield and just time to move on. Pretty sure it's still on the road according to my Acura dealer (went to a 2016 MDX).
