I just bought my second car from here. Had great experience with the entire team from start to finish. Did not plan to buy on the visit, but we kept working on a fair deal which I couldn’t pass on. Have also enjoyed service department experience from my previous car, which I still own.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Everyone at the dealership was amazing! They answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and confident with everything! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new car.

I had the absolute best experience at AutoNation in St. Peters, MO. My salesperson, Anthony Smith, was upfront, knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He never pushed me into anything—he made sure I was comfortable at every step and even gave me helpful tips on what to look for during a test drive. I later learned Anthony is somewhat of a local celebrity here in St. Louis, and it’s easy to see why. His approach and personality made the whole experience authentic and enjoyable. I also want to recognize Nate, the sales manager, who worked hard on my behalf to lock in the best deal for my situation. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything lined up in my favor. And finally, Cameron in finance made the paperwork side of things stress-free. He explained warranties and add-ons so clearly that there was no need for pressure—the way he laid everything out spoke for itself. Because of his clarity, I was able to confidently choose what mattered most to me without feeling pushed. Altogether, this was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had at a used car dealership. Anthony, Nate, and Cameron earned my trust, and I won’t hesitate to follow Anthony wherever he goes when I’m ready for another vehicle.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

My overall experience at Dave Sinclair Lincoln has been amazing. My sales rep Dee-Davis. She did such an amazing job with the whole process. Great communication. Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

CarMax made the purchase of my vehicle run smoothly, without having to go to the Division of Motor Vehicles. They addressed my concerns promptly and, when new keys had to be made, offered a "loaner" vehicle until the problem was fixed. I recommend CarMas to everyone!

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models. What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. These two truly made the experience a pleasure and one I will recommend to many in the years to come

I had a great experiencing purchasing my car from BMW of West St. Louis. Dawn D. is an excellent person to work with. My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I am really grateful for them they really turn my experience around and would come in the near future

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

He was easy to talk to, incredibly patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. One thing that really stood out was the way he took the time to visually explain the difference between buying and leasing…something that can feel overwhelming. He broke it down in a way that actually made sense, and I never once felt pressured. Instead, it genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind. There was none of the typical sales pitch energy that can make car buying stressful, which I truly appreciated. Cody also went above and beyond by moving a vehicle indoors so I could look it over comfortably despite the freezing temperatures and high winds. He made sure I fully understood the deal and then walked me through the vehicle so I felt confident using everything before leaving. I also want to recognize Tito and Ray in the finance department. They made that part of the process incredibly smooth, taking the time to explain each form clearly and walking me through everything step by step. Their attention to detail was impressive. Overall, this was unlike any car-buying experience I’ve had before. I never felt rushed or treated like just another number. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

When I purchased my dream car Genesis GV70 from this dealership I noticed how well kept the service area was. I only take my car here for service because it is professional, clean, organized and the staff is amazing. They do great work and often have you in and out in less time than expected. I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????
