I have bought both of my last 2 vehicles from them and Shawn Haynes and Ali are both incredible. They work with you and are very friendly and that just makes the visit that much better. I love to just go sit and talk to them bc they get to know you on a more personal level not just as a potential customer but in general. When I bought my first car after I signed papers it wouldn't start and they offered to put me in another vehicle but I wouldn't let them bc I loved the vehicle I purchased so I dealt with the problem and finally figured it out.
