I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

The service department was excellent. They accepted the voucher from a Honda "brother dealership" where I purchased the 2022 Mazda CX-5. We also had purchased a CRV from HOO about 6 years ago and have had excellent service; a far cry from the local Gainesville Honda. That is why we drive the 45 min......it is worth the drive.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Buying my 2016 Toyota Corolla at Sumter Cars & Trucks was such an enjoyable expirence. The staff was extremely helpful the entire process. I love my car and I have also come back to have it serviced and clean, I was pleased with the results. Over all I would definitely recommend buying a car here!

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I loved our salesperson. Byron was amazing. He is the best person to represent your company. he is amazing!!!!! I was NOT impressed with sales manager Ed Morgan. He was supposed to call me back but just like most salesmen, he never did. Byron changed my mind but if I had to work with Ed again, I would go elsewhere. Byron is AMAZING!!!!!!

We purchased a 2015 vehicle this last month and were absolutely thrilled by the price and quality. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Stan. We worked with him, Chris, and Lynette. We did financing this time through our credit union, but financed through Stan's financiers last time. We came back to Stan because he gave us such a fair price last time, and the vehicle ran like a champ for 8 years, going across country many times with our family before we traded it in up in Washington (it was still going strong at that point, and it was a 1999). Now back in Florida, this time, we opted for more of a sporty vehicle. When we told our bank the purchase price, we found out that we actually got it for thousands below value. We already knew it was a good deal, but when a bank agent says, "Wow, that's a great deal! I don't think you'll need GAP insurance." it just made us even happier. I've still owned my trusted 2006 Acura TL in maroon and cream interior with 156k miles. It still drives like when got it with 82K miles since 2011 and even better with the new front struts and lower control arms. It turns tighter and sharper than ever before and still gets about 27 mpg combined. The leather seats hold up very well with no tear except the well known cracked dashboard. The metallic paint is still shiny so are the 5 star wheel spokes, etc. Very dependable car and I love it!

We drove over to Jenkins Acura Of Ocala. We spoke with car salesman Anthony if they had any used Volkswagen Beetles for sale. Anthony stated they had one 2019 White VW Beetle at their used car lot. We walked over to the VW Beetle it was in great condition to be used. We tried to start the vehicle, the battery wasn’t pushing a current. Anthony retrieved a battery charger we waited about 5 minutes and the car started. However, Anthony explained to us if the battery was bad they would replace it for no charge. I explained to Anthony if it runs we would drive the VW Beetle after the battery is charged. This 2019 Turbo VW Beetle took off like it was new, it was fast efficient, we checked that VW Turbo Beetle out thoroughly, it was a perfect like new. We purchased the 2019 with a gap plan covering the engine, and transmission Anthony, and his sales manager to include used car sales, put that deal together for us. We closed the deal in about 1 hour. Then we took off and drove smiling and happy. One week went by and the battery did go bad. We called the Service Department, they offered to pick us up or bring the vehicle in immediately. We drove Jenkins Acura of Ocala, and sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes when the service writer approached us, explained to us there was an item ordered for the car which they installed free of charge, it was a brand new console cup holder. They even gave us a courtesy car, and told us they would call us when the car was ready. The professionalism, courtesy, concern towards getting our 2019 Turbo VW Beetle fixed is a definite plus for a dealership who displayed customer care in every way. At the end of the we received a new battery and an expensive cup holder console free of charge. I truly believe the way you speak to the service writers, car salesman, and staff goes a long way when you want service done. This Brand New 2023 Acura Integra that they let us drive home or shop while our car was being serviced was great. The courtesy car was off the chain. If you want to purchase a new vehicle go test drive that brand new Acura Integra the response, horsepower, take off, totally cool car. Just don’t try to leave the state of Florida the vehicle will shut off! The service manager explained that to us before we left. He explained everything about that beautiful car! By the way our 2019 Turbo VW Beetle gets excellent mileage! We will be looking to purchase another VW Beetle soon! This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

Love Chevrolet was absolutely amazing. Their staff and my advisor Tyler done an amazing job, just as I was checking out to pay the customer service women Linda wore a smile well, amazing greeting and very pleasant. Overall I will be back!

This car has met all of my needs. Runs great, smooth ride, dependable and I feel safe when driving. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to purchase another Accura.
