I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

I was interested in buying a used BMW X5 PHEV, with a specific list of features. I searched the websites, Southern CA & Northern CA. Found a potential vehicle at BMW of Mountain View. For me going to BMW of Mountain View was about a 140 mile RT, so I wanted to be confident that the vehicle was as advertised and the vehicle was being offered at a competitive price. Harvey, my BMW of Mountain View salesman, promptly provided to me the information I needed to commit to pursue a deal, and he agreed to hold the car until I had a chance to get to their showroom. I am very satisfied with the overall experience at BMW of Mountain View. Post purchase there was an issue with the vehicle. Harvey went to bat for me and the issue is being resolved, no questions asked.

My best car EVER I’ve had different Acura types before TL, ILX but my TLX is the best of all. Reliable and perfect. The key is to follow up have maintenance and take great care of your car needs. It’s very important to me to drive a great reliable car because I travel for work. My service advisor is amazing and the Acura technicians are knowledgeable. The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. Bought this car 2 years ago. Very underrated car! Driven this car 3K miles round trip 3 times in 24-hour trips, seats were very comfortable, very quiet even with the stereo off, 29 mpg. It makes me smile every time I drive or look at it. This car is worth the look. I HAVE the Technology Pkg in pomegranate red/seacoast. A fun drive, especially in Sport mode. Voice-activatation sometimes "mishears', but the ACC, BSI, CMBS work impressively. A/C cools cabin in 3-5 mins in 115F in LAS summer! KEEP it maintained and you will have a very reliable car. Performance is impressive, tech is off the hook! Worth a test drive....

Allen and Jesse were awesome in helping us get our new truck! Going into it, we sort of knew what we were wanting but hadn't had a chance to test drive any of the trucks we were interested in. We came in pretty late and Allen was nice enough to get us out on a test drive right up to closing time. Then both Allen and Jesse sat down with us to explain pricing and what we would be looking at in terms of a myriad of payment options without being pushy, which we appreciated, and we went through our needs for a truck to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed for our farm. This vehicle is extremely reliable. It drives excellent, and it's been serviced through Acura properly. I went from Leasing it, to Purchasing it. The vehicle has great options, and the interior is superb. I still have the factory door-sills covered in the Acura Plastic. I know it's below market I'm not looking to be greedy. The exterior has minor stone chips and couple light marks. I will have the oil changed for my customer/Detailed, and I guarantee they will be getting there money's worth.
