Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. THIS PLACE WILL ABSOLUTELY SAVE YOU A WHOLE LOT OF TIME!!!!!! I began my search in January of 2017 and after 5 weeks only found myself exhausted, frustrated, and still without a vehicle. I searched in Hollywood and Los Angeles and all I found were run-down dealerships and some well-kept but full of snakes. Most wanted down payments that will far too much. The mileage on the average vehicle in those areas was absurdly high for the prices and terms they were asking for. The cars were also lackluster for the prices being asked. I thought this was the common trait and steadied myself to make a decision with a sheisty company. They actually showed me a vehicle (and assured me they could hold it for 24hrs) and within an hour of me calling them back to begin the process of purchase, I was told that it had been sold but that another vehicle was available. Such a negative experience. TM MOTORS WILL PROVIDE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE which may a world of difference to a person stressed out from my search to purchase a worthwhile vehicle. I bought my vehicle from them in February and have had absolutely no problems with it. In fact I'm in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from them before October is up. No gimmicks, just great cars, and I dealership that helps for repeat business so they treat everyone fairly. Before purchasing from them I tried one other company in Anaheim and found them to be completely Shady. They attempted to sell me a 2001 hybrid at a super high price (6000) because of his low mileage (30,000). When I took it to my mechanic it was easy for him to tell that the cells were about to give and that replacing it will cost me another $2,500. That kind of trickery will not occur with TM Motors. I'll check back in 6 months from now with an update, but I'm honestly telling you these guys provide a great experience and can work with most anyone's credit to get them in a great car Within 2 hours of walking in or less ?

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

Enjoy the heated seats, leather holds up beautifully, trunk could be more spacious. Interior room fits 4 quite well. Not crazy about the petrol door. With s scheduled maintenance all is well but had to have the AC worked on once.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

After getting the run around from multiple dealerships in LA/OC/IE I visited Auto Republic. Yes, I had my guard up after all the financing and heavy down payments other dealerships we're asking for before even giving me attention. The showroom was clean and the lot had so many dream cars. I found the perfect car for my family and had the assistance from the manager that was top notch. I'm writing this review since the single star reviews show the lack of reading details about add on features. Don't get upset with a dealership for having tracking on a car (saves on insurance) along with other key options that are great for your next car. I've referred family and friends, all had exceptional purchasing experiences and I'll get my next vehicle here as well.

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

Got this when I was looking for a smaller entry level luxury car, non -turbo and with a lower cost to own. Try to get the premium, for the dual screens and carplay.
