It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

I visited Acura of Denville not planning on making an offer same day; however my Sales Consultant, Meghan made the process as smooth as possible. Meghan was sensitive to my concerns, answered all my questions, and helped make the transaction possible. Management was also very helpful answering my questions. I especially appreciated their professionalism and I can definitely see why this dealership has such stellar reputation in the area.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I had a 11:30 appointment with Caroline . When I got there she was very professional and had the car ready that I wanted to see. We took it out for a test drive. When we got back we started to talk peice . She was very helpful with working out a price with the manager I got the deal I wanted and they delivered the car to me the nexted day

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

I worked with Meghan Pakenham and what a pleasure it was to do so! She not only was extremely professional, she was also caring in her approach and made buying a car enjoyable! I can’t remember a time, or ever ,I felt that when purchasing a car! Meghan is organized and responds to any and all questions you may have in a timely manner. The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

This is my third car with Tony and it’s always such a great experience. it is always such a smooth process when working with him.

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

I have been at other dealers on the West Coast and Midwest , but I can honestly say that Smyth has been the very best. Doug, one of the service advisors was on top of what my Volvo needed to educating me as to what I should & shouldn’t do. My Volvo runs perfectly. Thank you Paul and Smyth. You are great.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

Everyone at Kia was extremely helpful and friendly from our sales rep to the service department. Highly recommend going there!

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

The car is very well made with a lot of features. Acura did not cheapen up with this car. I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this car. I have had 2 other Acuras before and they are highly reliable.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. He kept us aware of all options, And also was there via phone whenever needed for questions about anything involved in the whole purchase (Great Job Steve). I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.
