Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

Shaun McCallum is their finance director and worked his magic to get me the best financing ! I give them 5 stars for overall and I drove 42 miles one way . The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

I’ve gotten 2 vehicles from Knapp. The first time I worked with Kevin and he made it so simple. The second time I worked with Adam and Kevin and both were super helpful. Ryan made the financials pain-less (which is so helpful in this stressful process). Kevin did a great job making sure I had a full tank, clean car, plates on my new one all before helping me set up a GM account and show me around the app and new car features. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

An outstanding group of people to work with. They are professional, and helpful in every way possible. This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Overall it was a good experience. I really love the Genesis G80 2.5T they were selling. The salesman and his manager were really nice. They were willing to work with me on purchasing car. The only problem I had was the the distance. Jackson Nissan is in the state of Michigan and I am in El Paso, Texas. If the vehicle was here locally I probably would have bought it. This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

We were initially looking for a used vehicle and Kay was so helpful to answer all of our questions. When we decided to buy a brand new car instead, we came back and asked for Kay specifically. She was so helpful and had us in our new car that day!

The Silverado is my dream vehicle, I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and my dad had one. I needed a full sized 4 x 4 truck w/ room for the family to be comfortable during trips and the Silverado LT is it! Everything I could ask for and more! Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Turbomax from the Knapp Chevrolet Dealership in Blissfield, Michigan. My experience was top tier excellent. The atmosphere of the dealership was very welcoming. The selection of available vehicles, both new and certified pre-owned, was extensive. They have a wide range of vehicles at any given time. My salesman, Tylor, worked well with me within the parameters I had set for purchasing a vehicle and did not hassle for options outside of what I was looking for. He was professional, accommodating, and extremely detailed regarding available models, trim levels for each model, and how each model was comparative to the next until I was able to make a well-informed decision on which vehicle would best meet my needs. I went in very open minded and that allowed for an easy-going experience for vehicle selection until I had made my final decision. Once I had made my vehicle selection, they were so accommodating as to set aside my choice of vehicle for a few days until I had everything necessary in place to finalize the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a quality experience with the dealership’s staff in looking for the right vehicle and an easy-going purchasing process. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.
