Although it's hard to review a service department when you have so little need to use them, but the few times I've had to avail myself of their help have been far better than those for other cars that I've owned. I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.

Almost bought a Mercedes Benz CLA 35. Drove the Alfa Giulia it is one of the best handling fun to drive cars in its class. Great performance and style. Most people don't even know what the Alfa Romeo is. Gets a lot of looks. (Pull my over RED) Too early to tell on reliability only 500 miles on the second one. I can say the Alfa Giulia is safe in a accident. I was hit in the rear quarter panel at 60 MPH spun around and hit another vehicle the Alfa was totaled walked away without a scratch . Bought a second one !

I’ve been working with Wendy at service for 7 years. She does exactly what she says she’ll do. I can’t think of a time that Honda hasn’t taken care of me. It’s where I’ve gotten everything done for my last 3 Hondas. Not that I crash them. I’m not that kind of driver, nor that kind of person. I very impressed with the service department at Infinity of Lynnwood. Joel was ready for me upon arrival and he quickly dispatched Lyft to drive me back to work. The team performed my service faster than expected I was able to pick up my vehicle early in the afternoon. I was impressed with their expeditious service and will absolutely use them for future maintenance needs.
