Great customer care. I was met at drive up and gave my purpose for visit. Service specialist took everything from there. A consultant kept me informed as service was performed. My wait was made pleasant with a full coffee bar, snacks and water.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

First, can I start out? My sister has been through a lot of trauma in the last couple years actually we both have,we how to say goodbye to both of our parents this last year. My sister workes for the airlines and when she was boarding a flight this so-called security dog bit off half her face! We both went on December 15 to AutoNation on Arapahoe, Heck I?ve driven my Subaru it?s a 2006 Forrester L.L. Bean and my sister?s car 2009 Forrester with over 400,000 miles in Remarkable condition. So we needed to upgrade, we need a nicer cars. Best experience of our lives,Nouman Mustafa at AutoNation on Arapahoe was so very patient. as well as Bernard Brake. I drove my car home. I thought I was in a spaceship, afraid to touch a button, thought it was gonna eject myself! Zachary at AutoNation on Arapahoe gave us a hands-on class how to operate all the buttons he was wonderful. Also sent us home with an emergency kit to put in our trunk! very thankful more importantly, my sister wants to be in a Subaru commercial!!!! will you let me know if that?s possible!

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

This is the 2nd Honda I have bought from this dealer ship. The experience was above my expectations from the moment I walked through the door and drove off with my used Civic. The atmosphere was pleasant and everyone I met was smiling. Not acting like they wished they were somewhere else. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. KB had the patience of a saint! I was not sure what style of Honda I wanted or needed. With the few guidelines I had, Kevin showed me what used Hondas they had available and explained all of their included options. This made my decision process a lot simpler. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy this or "that" car which was above my spending comfort zone. I walked away with my used low milage Honda Civic a very happy person. today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.
