This review is long overdue, but well deserved. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Kia of Old Saybrook for over 20 years, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I’ve consistently received. Steve, the service manager, is the heart of the department — always helpful, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Whether it’s routine maintenance or an unexpected issue, Steve and his crew have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They’ve managed to fit me in for service on short notice more times than I can count, and they do it all with a friendly, can-do attitude that really sets them apart. One experience that really stands out is when I was in an accident and had to have my car towed. It was just before the service department was closing for the weekend, and I was expecting to be without a car for quite some time. But Steve made sure my vehicle was taken in immediately, and thanks to his quick action and dedication, I was back on the road the following week. That level of commitment and care is rare — and deeply appreciated. 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?

Tasca Mazda Cranston review
I recently had a problem with my 2022 CX5 headlight fan with 27k miles on my SUV. The fan that cools the headlights continues to run after the car is shut off. I reached out to Tasca Corp and got a case #. I was told to get a diagnostic done to find out what the problem is. I was also told if the repair is extensive to call the Mazda Customer Experience Center for review for assistance with cost eligibility. I went to get a diagnostic at Tasca in Cranston RI. I worked with Julie Mahoney who was both professional and kind. Tasca helped reach out to Mazda Corp on my behalf. Even though they were unsuccessful in getting Mazda Corp to assist with the extremely expensive repair cost ($2,600) Julie was able to help me by waiving the diagnostic cost, not charging for the rental, and offered a discount on my oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Tasca Mazda for assisting, but still not happy with Mazda Corp for not helping with the repair cost of a known faulty part. Look up TSB SA013223. It’s a well documented issue on the 2022 CX5, yet Mazda Corp refused to assist because I was 2k miles over the warranty.

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!
