Outstanding customer experience. Alex was very accommodating to setup annual service at my convenience. I didnt have loaner available so I stayed in the facility for the duration of the service. During that time Alex was very attentive and kept informing me on the progress. Service was very efficient am I left promises after 1.5 hour. Overall, this is a good place to come if you’re looking for a great deal on a car. I purchased a used Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce from them, and the entire process was quick and straightforward. The financing department was especially outstanding — the finance manager was extremely helpful and professional. The only issue I experienced was with the vehicle’s detailing. The car was somewhat dirty inside and out at delivery. It was sent for detailing after I signed the paperwork, but it came back looking more like it had received a regular car wash. The interior still needed attention, and one floor mat was missing. Aside from that, the team knows what they’re doing and made the buying process smooth. Just a bit more attention to detail would make the experience perfect.

Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!
