We originally intended on purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan at a different dealership, and were mistreated and left. Our second option was to buy a Jeep Wrangler. Three people I had spoken with recommended that I have to visit a Salesman by the name of Hamzeh at Bettenhausen Jeep. On Wednesday, my Wife and I went in, and he introduced himself and asked what we were looking for, and explained the different trims. Right off the bat he found a few options for us. Called for someone to get it from their second location, and we waited until it came. We knew we were bound to find a Wrangler to fall in love with, because they have so many in stock, and that they have one for just about anyone. We drove it, and fell in love. Originally, I won’t lie, we were put off by the price at first, and had to sleep on it. We went home feeling great with our interaction there and knew that was the car we had wanted to take home. The next day on Thursday, I called Hamzeh and told him there was a different Wrangler with the exact same specs, just a darker color that we had wanted to see. An hour and half later we stopped by and they had the Jeeps side by side. We picked a color and went inside. We weren’t even planning on purchasing that soon, and we ended up with the paperwork and signing away all in less than 24 hours. He’s a family man, all around kind of guy, and selfless. Thoroughly explained everything, made sure we were comfortable, and honestly he was a great salesman. The best part is he took care of all of the paper work and financing. There was no sleazy finance manager to go to! We stayed with him from beginning to end and I loved that process more than anything. They owe us a second key, and he’s the one following up with me on it, not even the other way around!. He’s proactive about it, whereas for me, I’m patient not in a rush. We will definitely be returning customers. He definitely has earned our business and future business. If you want an honest person, who is a family guy, all around a great guy, go to him! Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. As long as people are skeptical of Alpha Romeo’s , I’m a buyer. The car is perfect for our needs. Cars are not a good investment, so if you want a deal go for a Alpha Romeo Gulia.

Beautiful Italian styling with performance to match! Great handling, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! Very nice interior! Love the wood trim on the "Ti" model! People usually ask me about "reliability" and I can honestly say after one year and 9600 miles, car has been trouble free! Some folks seem surprised it "only" has a 4 cylinder engine, but trust me, this car can move! Especially in "Dynamic mode"! I think these may be undervalued right now. A rear wheel drive, internal combustion engine Alfa Romeo sedan (designed by Alfa, not an upgraded Fiat) should be a collector's item in the "electrified" future! Especially the 505 HP Quadrifoglio models!

The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. Even though my vehicle is not a Chevy, I come to Biggers for repairs/service due to the sales and service trust that has been built up over multiple decades. Thank you.

The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. She made sure the car was prepped properly before shipping and even answered her phone and helped at 9 pm one night when there was a shipping issue. Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

2nd Alfa in 40 Years... '88 Milano remained my #1 Fav driving car after 944, 330i, XF, A4, A6, e350, Mustang. Finally surpassed all of those great rides with my new '24 2.0L Q4. Base stereo sounds nearly as good as my Burmester and somehow is programmed with "perma-surround." 0-60 in 5.4 is nearly as quick as an '85 911turbo! Glad I've lived so long. Twisty, hilly roads in Dynamic Mode will thrill any driver. Advanced Efficiency reduces Torque from 308 to 200 lb/ft and is plenty of grunt commuting. 1st Oil Change coming at 1,500 miles and will Blackstone test the metals. Buy an Alfa! 2020-2021 are a steal presently. Go Buy an Alfa! #1 JD Power rated in its class for initial quality... nothing like the pre-2020's in terms of build, standard equipment and infotainment. Go Buy an Alfa!

Our new car buying process was good. Questions answered and explained well. Our sales associate, Conner Keebaugh, was very helpful and patient through the process.

We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

Brought in Outback for a leaking tire. Dealership patched it for a reasonable price and added a 10% coupon.

Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.

I have spent my entire life in and around the auto industry and these guys are the only dealer I buy from outside of my own. Dempsey isn't your typical car dealer, and the experience is far more laid back. If you are looking for Unique cars at fair prices, make this place your destination.
