Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service. I enjoyed exploring the roads with this car. The drive quality is impressive and it was extremely comfortable. The aesthetics could have been better, but I like it overall.

Offer aggressive pricing and an absolutely no xx buying process. No hidden fees or dealer crap. But what really sets them apart is the people. Salesman Leon was the BEST! I have purchased or leased nearly 50 new cars in my life, and he is one the best I've encountered. Excellent follow-through. Good product knowledge. Not pushy. Plus, just a nice guy to deal with. General Sales Manager Mike did our paperwork and is just great to work with. Knows the Alfa Romeo brand like no other. Again, no aggressive sales tactics on the F&I side. Just real easy going. I can see why these guys sell Alfas from coast to coast! I'm glad we made the trip for my wife's new Stelvio Ti ! I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a used 2024 Seltos. Our sales guy Tim was super friendly & Funny. But before we sign the paperwork I asked our sales person Tim how many keys for the car. He told me 2 keys. This was on Saturday, so there was no bank open. By the time we finished & decide that we were gonna buy the vehicle. So we had to go back on monday with the check. I asked him about the key and he's working on it. I called him when I got the title. Ask him again where the second key was and again. He told me he's working on it. So if I finally I decided to purchase a key at Kia $295.00 Plus Two program at is $75.00. I'm not posting this to be mean. I'm just posting for people to have their heads up when they promise something and they don't follow through at the dealership. I'm very happy with my car.

Very happy with the purchase of a used Stelvio. Fun to drive, quick acceleration with sharp handling. Spacious cargo, nice interior. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.
