It was the last day of the month, however, so I know there may have been more traffic than usual. But we still felt that the process was way too long. Also, the Finance Manager needs to be able to accept a polite ?no, thank you? regarding service plans, and not to persist with questioning us about it. This was not befitting an Audi dealership. A better way to present such Service plans is to give the buyers information about the cost and coverage ahead of time, so clients can make an informed decision about them. Great Experience With Javier
Had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned Bentley. Car was exactly as represented. Bought based on photos and largely over the phone. When we got there, could not have been happier with the quality. There were some concerns originally based a few of the pictures, but Javier patiently hung in there and put us at ease. So glad he did! Ecstatic with the purchase. And financing was great and smooth too!
