Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. I purchase a CLK 350 from there a few years ago with 99,000 miles and today I’m still enjoying it. To me they don’t mind fixing the problem if you understand that this is a use Car lot and not all cars are perfect. At one time I went to Auction and j no ought sold cars. I understand Customer Satisfaction and they seem to do that. I took a friend there to get a vehicle she got a 2013 SUV Hyundai very clean she drove it the first day engine light came and they told her to bring back and they will look at it. Knowing this most use cars are “As Is” and they are will to work with you. She is a single mom doing Uber to survive and I believe this is the perfect car for her. I have had quite a few cars on my years on this earth, none better than Aston Martin. I had 2 Porshes, 1 BMW, 2 Mercedes, 1 Ferrari, and my last 3 cars have been Aston Martins, and I'm not sure I'd ever go back to any of the other car companies listed. My other cars have all been awesome, I did have a few problems with one of my porshes, but that was years ago. The exclusivity and class that seem to ooze out of Aston Martins is incredible. I LOVE nice things, but I'm not a particularly flashy guy, I've never owned a car that wasn't blackor silver, and I have felt perfectly at home with all of my Aston Martins. My first Aston was a 04 Vanquish (car driven by secret agent James Bond). The Vanquish was everything I dreamed it would be and more, but when my lease ended, I was falling on tough times and decided to lease a 07 V8 Vantage instead of renewing. I thought i would be a little wimpy cousin of the Vanquish however I was blown away at how responsive the V8 was and it was just the perfect car for me. Not to much, but defanitly not to little. My lease ended on the Vantage 3 years later and I just recently lease a new 2010 Vantage, with subtle new design elements and a tad more power I couldn't be happier. Aston Martins in my 6 years of owning them have been the most reliable cars I've ever owned hands down. I would recommend this car to anyone and everyone

The looks are off the charts. The V12 is very strong at all RPM levels and love using the paddles for all my driving. It's far more engaging and responsive. I added the Quicksilver Sport Exhaust and it now sounds as good as it looks. I didn't order the Super Sport (way too loud). The Sport was plenty. Quiet around town at low speeds and is fantastic when you want to hear the big V12. The car is amazing in every aspect. Unique, not over produced, exotic, fast, sleek with a sound all Aston. Car is worth every penny.

Purchased the car new in 2919. Three years in and it’s still an amazing drive. Have a 2021 911, 2017 M3 and a 2016 Cayman GT4. All great cars but the Vantage is the bomb. Had the CPU upgraded and new down pipes. The M177 engine has multiple upgrades and took advantage of all. Floored the car takes off but even with nanny control the back end cab take veer out of control. Lots of fun!

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.
