I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. Simply put, you cannot find a car that looks, sounds and performs like this on the used car market for less than you can pick up and Aston Vantage. The interior is outright gorgeous, where people will crowd your car at local events to take pictures. The sound is incredible and raw, and the car is a TRUE driver-focused, RWD, torquey muscle car type of drive. It will put smiles on your face every time you drive. This car unlike many older aston's, uses so many mercedes amg parts, it makes servicing, tuning, and repairing this car very affordable. The dealerships will charge outrageous prices, but any european shop that works on performance bmw, audi and mercedes cars, can EASILY handle service at 25% percent of what the dealership price. If you're sitting on the fence, GET THIS CAR.

Diego and Randy and Hasiel were excellent to work with. Clear explanations and helped to fit the purchases into a very hard budget number. Only star missing is due to the required LoJack and window etching, but they made the numbers work, which is the ultimate bottom line. Would def recommend them
