While the dealership is great, Jacob Agin is what makes it greater. He answered all my questions and followed up with me. The costs are very, very high LOL I have always received great service! The service team is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O

I don't write many reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so good I wanted to write a review. I like nice cars and have dealt with most of the high end dealerships in DFW, but since finding Tactical Fleet, they are the only place I shop. I have purchased a Rolls Royce Dawn, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus from them, all were perfect. Great vehicles, great sales experience.
