I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I highly recommend Jacob Pellum at Park Place! Jacob is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cars at Park Place. There was never any pressure, only patience and helpfulness during my car buying process. Jacob made the experience so easy and smooth and inspired confidence in me that I was making the best decision for what I wanted. The service Jacob provides and Park Place overall is top-notch! I was visiting my son this week and decided to check out Gulf Coast Motor Works. I walked in and was greeted by a polite young man who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was just going to browse and take in the super cars etc… He said “no problem enjoy.” After looking at a fleet of beautiful vehicles I was getting ready to leave when an old man came in and said to the young salesman “how much will you give me for this car.” The car was an early 2000’s Chrysler convertible. Nice snap, low miles, but obviously not a vehicle that this dealership would specialize in. Nevertheless the young salesman asked him a few questions and then actually went outside and looked at a vehicle. The old man realized he was in the wrong type of car dealer and asked where he could sell his old car. The young salesman mentioned Carmax etc…. Then the other salesman came out and took some photos and spoke with the man. I have no idea if they were just entertaining him or possibly trying to help him sell his car? What I do know is that these two salesman did not ignore me when I came in nor did they blow off this old man with an obviously an expensive older vehicle. They demonstrated excellent customer service and if I were in the market for a high-end vehicle or supercar this is the first dealership I would go to based solely on how they treated me and the attention and respect they showed the customer. Congratulations guys you demonstrated what true salesmen ought to be. Good luck!
