I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

We met with Brittany on site who assisted us in finding a vehicle that met all of our wants. Te vehicle was at a sister dealership and was brought to MB of Coconut Creek. I normally deal with the Lamborghini Miami Dealership. Gil the GM and Eddie the Service Manager always treat me like Family. --------- This was my 1st experience with Lamborghini Palm Beach. I spoke to Ken the Sales Manager and Tom the General Manager. They gave me a good price for my 08 Spyder Gallardo as a trade and I was very happy with my Purchase. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. Tom Prowzick the General Manager was very helpful was there for the entire process. He introduced me all of the Managers there and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my close friends and family. This is how a customer should be treated when you buy this type of Vehicle!

Wonderful car. This is my third Aston and the best one yet. Engine sounds terrific and is extremely fast. Car handles beautifully. You cannot beat Aston's styling and the interior is a great place to spend time. I have usede it as a daily driver for over 3 years with no issues at all, very reliable. Yearly maintenance is pretty much required if you want carefree ownership. Would not own anything else. A little pricey but worth every penny. You never have bad day driving an Aston Martin.
