Except for a few registration forms that needed to be filled out in person, I was able to handle the entire transaction by phone and online. Charles and Nolan were extremely helpful and attentive. Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

When you think of going to a service dept you think about something being wrong. They not only fixed what was wrong but took care of things which I didn't even realize were wrong. Good job guys !!! Five stars all the way!!!

The service personnel at this location are very professional and helpful. I especially appreciate the loaner vehicle when they have to keep my car for an extended amount of time.

This is my fourth Audi from AutoNation (formerly Fletcher Jones). My pre purchase dealings were straightforward and I received honest and prompt feedback about the car I was considering. I initially planned to get another Q7, but after the sales team explained my options with a Q8 and an SQ8, I decided the SQ8 was a much better fit for my wants and needs. So glad they explained these options. Car was in stock and I had it prepped and ready in a couple days.
