Staff was courteous and efficient. Service would take three hours so I took a loaner and did some errands. Came back early and had a delicious sandwich at the lunch bar. Service was completed a little early with a complete explanation of what was done.

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. In terms of options and luxury, the Germans thought of EVERYTHING! I can't say enough great things about the vehicle. This 2015 Audi A3 has met all of my needs and drives amazingly. The perfect car for everyday use and is worth the money 100%.

We traded in a 3 series BMW and currently own a Porsche 911S and Lexus RX350 so we know a little about build quality. Our head turning A3 Cabriolet has the 2.0 engine with quattro, S trim, special yellow paint, factory carbon fiber ascents and the build quality is the best of any of our high end cars. Power to weight is VERY sporty / quick / smooth. Handling is so good it is almost scary how fast you can take corners. Gas mileage is 30 mpg. Zero problems after 4 years, no rattles, loose trim and it drives and handles like the day we bought it - excellent.
