The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Dillon, Knows the thr cars good points and not good points. Willing to discuss them and how it will effect your comfort and driveabilaty. Also was willing to change the deal as circumstances dictated. The entire staff are friendly while professional and very straightforward.

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

I am so happy with my deal. I live in VA I saw the car online then I called them the sales people was so nice. I Couldn't drive to NY to pick up the car after we made a deal about the price because of the COVID-19 so the dealer delivered the car for me. he finished all the paper work so fast. Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.
