I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

Nice facility and the managers are nice as well. Our repair has required multiple visits so hopefully this fourth time is the last trip needed!

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Able to get me #s on payments before I came in. Nick new I was OCD after dealing with me over the phone and accommodated all of my needs and had a beautiful machine. The finance staff was very helpful and got vehicle in monthly range I wanted. Walked away with a beautiful machine w/low miles in the price range I wanted with all the features I wanted. Pictures on dealer website were very good and accurate and pricing was very fair. No BS dealer with great staff and good quality machines.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

Shopped around for an Audi as I used to be a Volkswagon driver(Jetta 1 2 and 3)like the exterior Audi look and ended up falling in love the moment I bought it..have had a minor glitch with seatbelts sensor but other then that this car has been a dream..

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes
