Stopped by mid to late afternoon ! Me and my Husband are looking to downsize , I currently drive a 2017 Ford Expedition ! (love it still but don’t need size anymore kids all grown up) We parked walked over to the Toyota . Minute or less Mack walked up to us , offered us coffee and water ! Then said feel free to walk around , also offered to grab us keys or lets us do our thing until we need him ! Just honestly such a nice experience with him and the cleanliness of the store ! Asked him for the keys ! I test drove the Toyota Highlander ! Test drive went great ! Asked Mack about 50 Questions and answered them all explaining where needed ! My new store !!!! Please everyone ask for Mack !!!

The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process. After a few days of getting frustrated with my local Toyota dealers trying the bait and switch and pressured add ons I almost gave up until I found what I was looking for at the price I wanted online the salesman was very patient with my 100 questions so I drove over an hour to buy it. Exactly what I was told no surprises no forced upselling (they asked of course) but stopped at no thanks! Only issue (not on them) Massachusetts doesn’t do temporary plates so I have to wait for them to register it. Not a deal breaker the price and service was worth it

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes

Shopped around for an Audi as I used to be a Volkswagon driver(Jetta 1 2 and 3)like the exterior Audi look and ended up falling in love the moment I bought it..have had a minor glitch with seatbelts sensor but other then that this car has been a dream..

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

I went here to look at an Audi Q7, I wasn't sure this was the car for me but wanted to look and find out. I was met by Josh who was a salesman. He could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable. There wasn't any of this in your face, you have to buy the car or someone else will. He just answered questions and understood my mission of exploring options. I did not get the Audi, it wasn't the car for me. But without hesitation I would go back to Mastria VW for any future needs. It was an excellent experience.
