Excellent Customer Service

This is the second Audi that we purchased at Audi Warwick. When deciding to "just look" at replacing our Audi Q5, we made a point of calling Rodney Girouard before driving the 45 minutes from our house. There is an Audi dealership closer to us, but we had such a great experience working with him previously, that we reached out again to Rodney, as we thought we were just beginning the car purchase process.
Because we didn't have a firm idea of what we wanted to buy we asked Rodney a lot of questions about different Audi models and debated as to whether to buy used or new. He spent almost the whole day with us as we tried different vehicles to see which would be our perfect match. He displayed tremendous knowledge of the various Audi cars and styles, and made recommendations to us until we finally came to a decision to purchase a 2018 Q5.
The finance person, Sophoin Hok, was also easy to work with, and he found a very favorable rate for our financing.
