I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Once we had decided this car was the one, we talked price and he openly showed us how his car was priced compared to the local market to ensure we knew we were getting a fair deal, again, super refreshing. Deal done and he took the time to go through all the paper work and found us fantastic deal on the finance then before we knew it we were on the road in our new car, he even gave it another quick wash before we left. It's rare to find a car buying experience like this and someone that will be open and honest about your car of choice. I've only owned it for a week, but I am quite smitten so far! Drives like nothing I've ever had before! Very responsive but smooth as silk.Hybrid, so 70+ miles/gallon, and all the bells and whistles. Can't speak to reliability, but buying it 3 years used makes for an awesome value.

A really cool car. Extremely zippy and smooth on the electric motor. This was never designed to have much range on electric only (we got about 20 miles each charge), but most days we would just be on battery and it's an absolute blast to drive in electric mode. The gas engine is fine - no complaints - but once we experienced driving electric on this thing it was always a bummer to feel the gas kick in :). The interface and console is very good for a 2017 model. No software glitches of note. Trunk space pretty good for a car of this size. I consider the car very elegant and handsome. Favorite car we've ever owned (both my wife and I feel that way).

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect.
