Walter’s Audi is great!! Romen Artalejo helped me every step of the way and was very thorough in explaining the perks of the car and the entire financing process. I came in a few days before Christmas and needed more time to think about the purchase, Romen was understanding and supportive about my need to wait. Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Super friendly, very easy buying experience. Got a great deal without having to haggle or negotiate. The price was the price and if you have the funds and can afford the price, then go with these guys cause they are very nice and easy going. At the same time, they know what they are doing and that gives them a great balance of both professionalism and normalcy. All in all we got a great used car below market value and they did a great job with reconditioning the car for resale. Gave me all the service records and guided me through any questions I had ahead of time. Even gave me the out the door price a few hours before I arrived so I knew what we were getting into.
