The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Four Stars Ford review
We were driving our Toyota Highlander home on Dec. 27th when the engine message suddenly told us to get off the road and stop the engine immediately. A police officer kindly contacted the nearest dealership which was Fourstars Ford. Eli from Ford arrived and accessed the engine noting we were leaking too -much oil when the engine ran. We called our AAA to be towed to the dealership. Eli then shuttled myself and young daughter to the dealership for comfort. He then went back to the Toyota where he and my husband sat in his warm truck while waiting about an hour and a half for the tow truck. At Ford, techs changed an oil cooler tubing and informed us that we could drive it home now. They were kind, considerate and said it's Christmas so no charge. To our relief we made it home that night 5 hours later without incident. We just could'nt believe they would not take our money for about an hours work. This review will show our gratitude, thanks again!

Krystal was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was not your typical pushy, manipulative car sales person. I told her what we wanted, it was not in stock but she found it and we agreed on an out-the-door price with very little haggling. However, the RAV-4 we originally agreed to buy was not available. Krystal found a replacement and after a modification in the agreed upon out-the-door price, we happily made the deal. Brandon was also friendly and knowledgeable but he made an error on the paperwork. A Mechanical Breakdown policy which I did not want or agree to purchase was added to the final sale. This oversight added $2,500 to the cost of the vehicle. I was equally responsible for this error because I did not insist on reviewing a hard copy of the paperwork before we signed it electronically. So In my opinion, Brandon still rates 5-stars. When I discovered the $2,500 error the next day, I called the dealership to speak with Brandon. However, Brandon was not there and Loren Lookingbill took my call. I explained the problem and Loren took care of it without hesitation. A refund was received a few days later. A copy of the Bill of Sale was not included in our paperwork. All the information on the Bill of Sale was included in the financing contract so I was not concerned. However, our auto insurance company wanted a copy of the Bill of Sale. I contacted Loren and he emailed me a copy within minutes of my request. Loren was not involved in the original sale or responsible for the problems I encountered. However, he stepped up, immediately resolved the issues and kept me a satisfied customer. If the rest of the employees at Jeff Hunter Toyota treat their customers like Krystal, Brandon and Loren, then I look forward to patronizing this establishment in the future.
