This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

He understood and worked his magic to get us to stay within our budget and get a great vehicle. I would come back here to see him when we decide to purchase again. I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

Purchased a 2021 Passat from Autonation USA Wesley Chapel. It had some mechanical issues. This dealership is amazing. They fixed everything and even gave me us a loner to use for the 2 weeks they had the car. Jason, Alex, Nate, Ramone, and Patrick are excellent.

Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

I bought a beautiful 2017 chevy Trax for this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car of my own so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect at first. I've had my 2018 Audi A4 Premium Plus for almost a year and nothing but good things to say. It's great on gas, especially when you lay off the gas. I've averaged 37mpg on the highway at times. Amazing for an AWD 4cyl Turbo that pulls close to 5s to 60. Not to mention it's not a light car. There's a bit of sound deadening going on. The first thing I noticed when driving it was it's so quiet, especially on the highway. The seats are comfortable, I've driven long distances with it without issue. I like the layout of all the controls. There's a touchpad dial in front of where your hand can rest on the shifter. The volume knob is on the wheel and to the right. You can use the volume knob to click left or right to change tracks. Everything just feels well placed. I said it was like, your favorite recliner in the living room, but in your car. The handling is pretty decent for a car that is also comfortable. The steering is direct. Suspension soaks up bumps. I've driven a lot of econoboxes, some mid-luxury cars and this Audi A4 is impressive with having non-boaty handling and being the most comfortable car I've driven. Had a chance to drive it in a few snow storms and impressed with the ECS. With snow tires, it kept me going in the direction I wanted. A lot of AWD cars tend to be front biased and you will plow through corners. Turning off ECS turns it into a RWD, tail happy feeling car. I can't really think of any faults. So far no visits to the dealer other than oil changes. I've done about 14k miles since I bought it. Highly recommend the Audi A4. I'll never buy another brand again. Having great mpg, AWD, pretty decent performance. It fits nicely in the middle of the performance range. It's quiet inside. Comfortable. Everything fits in your hand where you need it. Not to mention rear heated seats too! Your occupants will be pleased.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.
