The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

We were looking for an Audi Q3 for my daughter. We visited several other dealerships that had some, but they were missing one thing or another (I.e. S line, ambient lighting, colored interior, touch screen etc). A quick Google search showed us one at Conway and when we called, Juan told us all about the Q3 that we seen. Immediately, we advised Juan we were on our way to take a look at it. Juan advised that he would pull it up front and have it ready for us. He did exactly that! I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

This car entered to my standards and preferences. The car is ergonomic and stylish as well. In terms of performance, this car is legit and well rounded.

This car is a great car. The outside modeling is great and the interior design is nice. Leather seats with tinted windows. Aux for music and bluetooth for phone. Has a navigation system with back up cameras. Overall a great car for the value!

I bought this car over a year ago. I had no problems after driving it for 11000 miles. Very comfortable ride and nice performance on the highway. Would definitely recommend

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.
