Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Overall good service and friendly staff. Clean Facility and decent waiting area. Waiting time for service is a bit too long, especially if the customer have made reservation.

I recently turned in my lease, and, as promised the entire process took less than 20 minutes. Don Bragg was very professional and helpful and everything was perfect. I appreciated the professionalism.

Adrian took great care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the progress of getting the diagnosis as to what was wrong. We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time.
