We recently purchased our second used Nissan from Audi St. Paul. Both were great experiences, but this last time stands-out. Our sales rep Rasethnu was awesome, professional and caring. We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention on the car and Rasethnu made follow-up calls to be sure they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

The whole process was smooth, (very) low-pressure and absolutely hassle-free. Even though I knew what I was looking for, I had the feeling that they would have spent the entire day with me if I needed it. The entire experience made the decision to purchase a vehicle from them a "proverbial" no-brainer. This is the complete opposite of the "infamous" car dealer experience! He truly had my best interests in mind. What stood out most was how welcome and comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine support. That’s a rare quality in the car buying world, where many dealerships seem to look out only for themselves. Park Place is different—they look out for their customers. If I ever buy another car, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Park Place, even if it means flying there and driving 1,000 miles home. It’s absolutely worth it.
