Audi Coral Springs review
There is not enough room to express my admiration and appreciation for this facility. What could've been a stressful and catastrophic event was seamless, smooth, and professional. My AC failed mid-summer after relocating from another state. Audi Coral Springs quickly scheduled my visit, diagnosed the issue, and made repairs in less than 24 hours. They returned my car with a complimentary wash and check-up on all other systems. This event made committed me as a life-long Audi customer.

Called last minute. Got me in next morning. Had to get water pump and a few leaks fixed. Had me in and out in 10 minutes with a loaner. Sent me video of repairs complete. All under warranty. Great job. Ask for Steve in service. Excellent

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Audi South Orlando. From the moment we walked through the doors, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and professional, but what truly made this purchase unforgettable was the incredible team that looked after us. A massive, heartfelt thank you to our salesperson, Moises Garcia, and Sales Manager, Ricky Sulyma III. Both Moises and Ricky went far above and beyond expectations for our family. They demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, genuine dedication, and standard-setting customer care throughout the entire process. Audi South OrlandoReviews
Audi South Orlando review
I came to this dealership in 2018 to purchase a vehicle and had a rather unpleasant experience with the receptionist, 2 members in sales, and a manager, so I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. 8 years later, I purchased another Audi out of town and decided to try Audi South Orlando for service. As soon as I arrived in service, I was immediately welcomed and treated with the utmost level of respect. While I was initially told I would receive a loaner car while my car was being serviced, the service advisor informed me my particular service wasn’t going to take as long as I was originally told so I would not be able to get a loaner, however, they offered to call and pay for an uber to take me anywhere I needed to go and get me back to the dealer once my car was done. While finishing the check in process, it turned out the appointment I made over the phone was actually scheduled for a different day than what I was told, so I wasn’t even on the schedule for that day. The service advisor, Austin, still got my vehicle in and took great care of me. They kept me up to date with texts and videos throughout the service and were nothing but friendly and professional during the whole process. I’m glad I came back years later because staff has definitely changed and the way I was treated this time around was 100x better than in 2018. I will continue to bring my vehicle back here for service and hopefully purchase future Audis from South Orlando.
