2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I recently bought a 2014 BMW X5 from Hue - he was very attentive and helpful. I had a 3rd party inspection completed prior to purchasing and they gave good marks for the car. I have received many compliments on how new the car looks despite being over 10 years old. The owner, Kal, offered top-dollar for our trade-in and even offered us fair money for an older car. Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

When visiting the service center, Chris has been excellent with providing thorough review of car. He ensured we had what we needed since our car would be in service a few days and checked in regularly to ensure we were still doing ok. If visiting service please ask for Chris

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

We purchased two coupes and needed our garage doors programmed with our new Mercedes. Jay came out and quickly figured out why we were having so much difficulty. Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.

This is our first Audi and we fell in love with the brand. Audis just drive better than other cars. This is a great handling car, and very comfortable for how low it sits. The only down side is how much parts and labor cost on these cars. $500 to replace a headlight bulb. Interior quality is far above most cars and the styling is so beautiful. Bottom line is that it costs to be cool. We have had very few issues with our Audi and will probably own another someday.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

I have owned my Audi 2012 A5 convertible for 7 years and counting. The single reviewer who gave it one star must have some hidden agenda? It drives like a dream with the quatro function, the seats are the most comfortable I've experienced, and the aesthetics inside and particularly outside slays. Have to admit the Audi service people are pretty slack, but this cannot change the awesomeness of the car itself. I'm formerly an owner / driver of Mercedes cars. Finally, I have seen several sites claiming the 2012 version will be classified as a classic and will be sought after in the future. All good news!

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. I can't wait to get it. Thanks, Vinnie! Bob M. Also, I want to mention that we have been with our Service Advisor, Joanna Wolf, for many years and I can’t say enough good things about her. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. For such a large dealership it’s really nice to feel we have friends there. Bob M.

I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

I have no complaints. My salesperson, Tony, was easy to work with. My transaction took about 3 hours or so. I the dealership was very clean and comfortable.
