I only work with Audi South Coast. The entire team is focused on relationships, not transactions like other Dealers. Most dealerships have a bad name for ripping off the customers, trying sneak in fees to trick the customer. Not at Audi South Coast. My sales advisor Ben Kazanjian was wonderful. I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. Took my electric vehicle in for an “inspection” whatever that is, and honestly thought it was just a way to gouge a little cash out of me by the dealership. Turns out it wasn’t, the inspection was done in a timely manner, service advisor kept me aware of the progress, and I walked away with a shiny car at no charge. Inspection consisted of tires, brakes cabin air filter and computerized diagnostic
