We recently had a significant caution light suddenly appear, and called Audi Peabody to schedule an appointment for repairs. We spoke with Chantel, who was very helpful and able to offer us an appointment within 1 hour of our call. When we arrived we were met by Joe Faria, Service Consultant. From the beginning of our interaction Joe was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He listened to our explanation of the situation, asked appropriate clarifying questions and assured us that our issue would be dealt with in a thorough and expeditious manner. Joe communicated with us throughout the repair process to keep us informed of the status of our repair. Our entire interaction with Joe vastly exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with Joe and the service provided by the technician who worked on our vehicle. When our two Audi Q5's require service in the future we will unquestionably return to Audi Peabody and work with Joe as our Service Consultant.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. The person who helped me was Georgios Krikis and he was so helpful and nice. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and my mom, asked me a few questions and knew EXACTLY what I wanted in a car and he provided me just that! Georgios was very thorough and detail oriented in helping assist me during my car hunt.
