Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

This was the best experience I have ever gotten at a dealership from start to finish. I am not easy to please since I'm in the car industry myself. Love this dealership product and overall customer service.

I got there at 6:30am and the manager, Nick Ramos was waiting for me. Just as he said he would. He got me to work on time and my Outlander was cleaned and fixed as promised.

This is our second vehicle leased from Audi Pembroke Pines and the sales department did an outstanding job. The main reason we decided to return to Audi Pembroke pines was because they also have a great service department.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Will highly recommend. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Next time (or may be another life) we will stop by to purchase that gorgeous yellow Ferrari. For now, we are very happy with our beautiful and safe Tesla.

Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Holman Group has proven to be a very good place to do business with as a consumer. Their listed prices are very competitive and they do not add hidden fees as some other dealers are known for. I did oil and oil filter service for our car. At inspection they detected bushings, water pump and thermostat were bad. Diana Giraldo did a great job taking care of my extended warranty, I didn?t pay a dime for these 3 replacements. I got a loaner for the weekend until car was repaired. Audi North Miami has a great service department.
