He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Our only thing next to do was to meet with the wonderful finance manager, Lawrence and sign the deal. Lawrence was awesome too!!!! He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! We got the perfect vehicle, at the price we agreed upon with no hidden fees and the exact monthly payment expected. If we could give Generation Kia a 100 star review we would gladly do so. I would like to thank Keith Edelman for his professionalism and compassion during a trying and stressful period of time. My wife was hospitalized following a serious accident that totaled our vehicle. During her first week to 10 days after release she required close attention, and we needed a replacement vehicle. Keith had been our contact for three previous vehicles so I called him. I had seen a unit on Lighthouse’s web page and wanted his opinion of it. I then asked him if he would/could set things up so I could drop by at an established time and date, sign necessary papers, complete the deal, and drive it home. I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped.
