Michael, another service advisor, assisted me when I brought my car into the service department. He is always so polite and professional. Michael stepped in and made sure I didn't miss a beat, because I was en route to take my daughter to the ER. My car was scheduled for service on Monday. When it was completed, I received a notification with an excellent video and report that provided the rundown of the repairs and service.
