Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.

Very pleasant experience at Logic Auto, great people to deal with. I was able to get the vehicle inspected and it was in great shape for the year/miles. Would definitely consider them when looking for another vehicle.

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service. Very high prices for services, oil changes and preventive maintenance. High prices for recommended services that can take less than 15 minutes if you do it yourself, for example, air filter replacement.

Took our '23 Audi in for its first AudiCare servicing. We had made an appointment and arrived on time, was greeted by our Service Advisor Ed Costa, who explained what would be done during our visit (oil change and complete examination of the vehicle. We were offered the use of a no-cost loaner car but decided we'd rather wait if possible. The Advisor ensured a technician was available to start on the car and after approximately an hour later, the car was ready to go. The waiting area had a large screen TV to watch, there were magazines available to read -- current issues of a variety of good publications, not like most waiting rooms! There was also fresh coffee, hot chocolate, tea available, and the restrooms are clean. When the car was ready, the Advisor went over the list of things that were done and checked. He and all the other employees we interfaced with were friendly, cordial and professional, something we really appreciate. We look forward to having all our service work done at Audi Middleburg Heights!

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.
