Very friendly and honest dealership. They didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars and didn’t add on any warranties that I didn’t know about to get extra money out of me. Colin was especially helpful and very knowledgeable about what he does. I have recommended this place to multiple friends already, even though it is out of state for us, delivery is worth it and very reasonable. The whole process was easy and quick considering I was buying a car. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly as well. I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

On Friday, March 13th, Aaron was my Service Advisor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. When I returned in the afternoon the place was hopping with customers. He saw me and offered to go out to the lot and retrieve my vehicle while I paid my invoice. They do have other individuals that normally do that, but out of courtesy he left his work station and I was out of there in no time. That act of kindness made a very good impression on me. Please recognise his efforts for upholding his employers reputation for quality work and customer service.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future.
